The joys of living with a well-mannered dog. Join our Beginning Obedience class, and you will be on the road to training your dog to be the best dog ever!

This class is for dogs of any breed, 5 months old or older. Your dog will learn how to pay attention to you around other dogs and people, in a new environment, and you will get to meet new friends.

You and your dog will learn the following skills:

• Basic manners
• Walking on lead without pulling
• Walking in heel
• Sit
• Down
• Stand
• Stay
• And of course, what we all go to an obedience class to learn: to have a dog that will come when called.

Your instructor will help you with general dog problems such as house training, crate training, barking, digging, and chewing.

It is a requirement that all puppies and dogs are up-to-date on their vaccinations for their age. Please bring a copy of their vaccination records or a current titer for us to see.

The cost for the 8 week course is $100 for the first dog, and $90 for a second dog, or for continuing classes.
