Trick Class
Teaching tricks to your dog is an excellent way to improve your relationship with them, teach them how to learn and work for rewards, as well as just having fun.
If you’re interested in teaching your dog fun new tricks, but aren’t quite sure where to get started, Beginning Tricks might be the class for you! Our trainers will cover several concepts, including how to communicate clearly and effectively with your dog, how to start getting them to listen to you even when you don’t have a treat in your hand, and how to train them in a fun and enjoyable way.
No matter what kind of dog you have, or how old they are, tricks are a great way to supplement your training with a little bit of fun.
We will also offer the AKC Novice Trick Dog test on the final night of class. To pass this test, your dog will demonstrate 10 different tricks (or 5, if your dog already has their AKC Canine Good Citizen title).
Up-to-date vaccinations are required for this class.
The cost of this class is $100, or $90 if you’ve taken a class with us before. Contact us for more information!
